It’s coming! Hockey is nearly upon us. Here is a good primer for what teams and players to keep an eye on in the WHL. I’m still coping with the whole the lack of Dustin Tokarski in the net. The Chiefs will be placed in the capable netminding hands of James Reid with Chase Martin as back up. But I’m just working on mending my broken heart. Jared Cowen is still out injured, techinically, and he can’t play until the Sens give him the go ahead. Levko Koper is making a bit of a splash at Thrashers camp. D’awww, they grow up so fast.

I don’t need to tell you this, but the Chiefs home opener is on the 26th. Get your tickets and WEAR RED. Ok? I think the home opener should be a red out. Well, every game should be a red out…Oh and the RBK Edge jerseys cost $110 bucks. I KNOW RIGHT? And then if you want to go have a name put on it…
