As of this moment, Kyle Beach, the WHL’s leading scorer, is expected to play for the Chiefs when they open at Portland on Saturday. He was injured last Saturday at Tri-City. Ryan Letts, injured in the regular-season finale on Sunday, is day-to-day. Both took knee-to-knee hits.
